Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with relocation clients?

Yes, all of the time. I moved here from California in ’93 and haven’t stopped helping other transplants find their footing since.

How do you communicate with clients?

I communicate however you would like to communicate. Unlike big corporate firms, I’m adaptable—text, email, phone, Zoom. We work how you work best.

Do you do staging, prep, the works?

Absolutely. I’ve got trusted vendors, design instincts, and a “no fluff” checklist that gets homes ready without overkill.

Do you have experience with historic or mid-century homes?

Absolutely. I live in a 102-year-old home, have a thing for original hardware, and have been known to get overly excited about pocket doors and pink tile. I’ve worked with everything from Sears catalog houses to 1960s MCM gems.
